Simply awesome carnival theme! I have no idea regarding theme to be selected for my brother's pre wedding dinner. But of course sure about hiring one of the tried and tested Los Angeles venues at genuine rates. My friend is helping me out in giving some surprise color decors and other attractive ideas.
